At the start of each month, we’ll invoice you for the upcoming month’s hours, and the process begins again! With our retainer, you’re always ready for whatever design needs come your way.

Yes, you can upgrade your retainer at any time to better suit your current needs. Or downgrade for the following month, just let us know and we’ll discuss your requirements and work out what will be the best fit!
If you have taken our 20 or 40 hour package, you can roll over unused hours to the next calendar month, ensuring you get full value from your package. However, rolled-over hours expire after 30 days if not used.
Brands and design move quickly now and we’re keeping up! We offer a reliable and consistent pricing model so you know your monthly design spend, but we can also balance our clients and ensure everyone can receive the work they want in the time they want it.
We check in with you when your hours are used up or when you’re nearing the end of an invoiced month to find out if you want to continue the next month, if you need more time retained or less. We’ll invoice you and your hours are topped back up – it’s not a subscription, we make sure you get exactly what you need and adjust to suit that.
We believe in transparent pricing. All costs will be clearly outlined in the initial proposal and contract. Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will be discussed and approved before proceeding.
No, you can work with us for as little as one month or as long as you need!
We aim to start any new project within 48 hours of receiving all necessary information and assets. Once we begin, we’ll provide a detailed timeline and let you know how many of your retained hours will be used for the project. This approach ensures that you receive timely service while allowing us to deliver high-quality design work.
We believe in working closely with you to ensure you are satisfied with each deliverable. Design is a subjective process, and revisions and feedback rounds are essential to achieving the best results. While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to refining your design until it meets your expectations. Our process includes several rounds of revisions to ensure your feedback is incorporated effectively.
Yes, revisions do count against your retained time. However, before starting a project, we provide a detailed estimate that includes the time needed for both the initial design and any expected revisions. This ensures transparency and allows you to manage your retained hours effectively. Our goal is to work collaboratively with you, incorporating feedback efficiently to deliver the best results.
We will send you an invoice when you start working with us, payment is required on commencing work.
We require payment by bank transfer and will make sure you understand when you will receive an invoice. This isn’t a subscription, we work to tailor a service for you!
